NEW CLASS INFO Welcome to the new ERA Hope to see all of you at our new locationsWe will now be at Ciara on Sunday's at 8:30am and Monday's at 9:30amNew Routines are here so don't miss class..We are having so much fun at our new locations..If you haven't been to class lately YOU ARE MISSED..There will be a stretcha nd tone class this Sunday following our regular class at 8:30am..Please email me if you are interested..$6 fpr this extra class.Our evening class is atShepherd of the Valley Church at 23838 Kittridge in West Hills..This class is held Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45pm

DURING THE MONTH OF JULY AND AUGUST THE MORNING CLASS WILL BE AT 8:30Am at the JCC but still at 9:30am on Monday;s at Ciara.....In September we will return to the 9:30 time slot for all classes...I think this will be a nice thing during our hot months!!!!

Are you on EFT???? If you are coming to class at least 2-3 times per week, it is a significant savings.. Ask class managers for details....
IT'S A NEW MONTH Make your commitment to fitness...Make March the month you really stick to your goals...
Remember Jazzercise 3 times per week just to maintain your current fitness level. If you are not making it to class 3 times each week be sure you are doing something at home. Power walking, jogging, treadmill....Something that gets your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes...
